Description
Our intermediate courses do not suddenly become much more advanced and difficult, they just allow us to move on to slightly more complex shapes on the wheel. Everything is still carefully explained right from the beginning as there may be a break in between courses for some students, and besides: repetition works!
Even potters with previous experience on the wheel will benefit from having first completing a beginner course with us; everyone has a different way of teaching and you will still learn a lot and make good work on the beginner course even if you have previous experience. If you would still prefer to start straight in here, please email us first.
What we cover on the intermediate course will depend on who is booked on and what shapes the students have already thrown on the wheel.
Due to the level of concentration and hand-eye coordination that is required to master the wheel, these courses are for people aged 16 plus.
Fridays from 7 to 9pm
Lessons run for 2 hours per week for four weeks
Cost includes all materials, firings, etc.
